I want to know is it possible to achieve SOA architecture with Zyan framework? An example will be good to understand...

please clarify what exactly you are going to achieve.
It will help me to provide you with an example.

If you mean conforming to the 4 principles of SOA then the answer is yes, absolutely.
Zyan is a communication framework, so it doesn't put any constraints on your application architecture.
You can build a loosely-coupled system from isolated components with explicit boundaries and instantiation policies.
The easiest way of achieving this is probably using MEF integration feature.

But if you mean strict standard compliance and heterogenous systems (i.e. .NET + J2EE), then the answer is no.
Zyan is not standard-compliant, it uses custom network protocol.
